Is the instant estimate a final price?
It is a flat per-visit price based on your answers and current Eastern Washington market rates, not including taxes. Pricing is subject to adjustment after a free on-site inspection and final approval, so the number is confirmed before any work begins.
Do I have to submit my contact info to see the estimate?
No. Your price appears on screen as soon as you finish the questions. Sharing your contact details is only needed if you want Irma to follow up, hold your preferred date, and email you a copy of the estimate.
