A standard cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing sinks, tubs, and toilets. Optional add-ons include inside the oven, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinets, plus interior windows and baseboards.
What is the difference between move-out cleaning and a standard cleaning?
Move-out cleaning is a much deeper service: we clean inside cabinets, closets, and appliances, detail baseboards and fixtures, and leave the empty home landlord- or buyer-ready. Do you clean apartments between tenants for landlords and property managers?
Yes. Apartment turnover cleaning, also called make-ready cleaning, gets a vacant unit ready for the next tenant: inside the oven, fridge, cabinets, and closets, bathrooms descaled, baseboards, blinds, windowsills, and floors.
