Privacy Policy

This policy explains what De La Mora Cleaning Services collects on this website, why we collect it, and who else can see it. We tried to keep it short and plain. If anything here is unclear, call or email us and we will explain it.

Who we are

De La Mora Cleaning Services is a residential and commercial cleaning business based in Kennewick, WA, serving the Tri-Cities and Eastern Washington. You can reach us at contact@delamoraclean.com or (509) 430-2949.

What you give us

This site has three forms. All of them are optional. Here is exactly what each one sends us.

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message box.
• Quick callback form: your name, phone number, your email address if you choose to add one, and a short note about what you need cleaned if the form shows that box and you fill it in. It also records which page of the site you sent it from.
• Instant estimate: your name, phone number, email address, the property address you want cleaned, your preferred date, any notes you add, every answer you picked in the estimate questions, and the price the tool quoted you.

We ask for a property address in the estimate because we cannot price a cleaning job without knowing where it is. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through these forms. We do not need it.

Every form also tells us whether you were on the English or the Spanish version of the site, so we can answer you in your language.

What the site collects on its own

• Server logs. Our web host records ordinary request information, including your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you asked for.
• Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads. These record which pages you visit, how you arrived, roughly where you are, and whether you clicked a phone link or finished an estimate. This information is also used to measure and target our ads, which means it is shared with an advertising network that can recognize you across other websites.
• Spam screening. Our forms are protected by a spam screening service. On pages with a form, it starts within a few seconds of the page loading, or sooner if you scroll, tap, or type, not only when you press submit, and it scores how you behave on the page to judge whether you are a person or a bot. It also collects your IP address and device information for that purpose.

The phone number you see can change

If you reach this site by clicking one of our ads, our advertising tools may replace the phone number shown on the page with a forwarding number. Calls to that number ring straight through to us and we answer them normally. It exists so we can tell which ads lead to real phone calls. The number we publish everywhere else, including on this page, always reaches us directly.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not have a cookie banner, so here is the plain list instead. This site stores the following in your browser:

• _ga, plus a companion cookie whose name ends in our analytics account number: these tell analytics whether you are a new or returning visitor. They last about two years.
• _gcl_au and _gcl_ls: these link an ad click to what you did afterward, such as submitting a form. They last about three months.
• test_cookie: set by the advertising network to check whether your browser accepts cookies at all. It lasts minutes.
• A storage entry that holds the forwarding phone number described above, so the same number stays on screen as you move between pages.
• dlm-estimate-recap: after you submit an estimate, your quote is held in your browser only long enough to show it back to you on the thank you page. It is deleted as soon as it is displayed, and it never leaves your device.
• dlm-lead-src: after you send the quick callback form, the name of the page you sent it from is held in your browser for a moment so our analytics can count the request on the thank you page. It is deleted as soon as that page loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do. The estimate recap is the only piece that needs storage to display correctly. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the Google cookies in this list are not set.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade it. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• A form delivery service, which passes your message to our inbox.
• Our web host, which keeps server logs.
• An email provider, where your message lands and is stored.
• A spam screening service, described above.
• An analytics and advertising platform, described above. This is the one sharing that could be considered targeted advertising. You can limit or turn it off with the choices under "Your choices" below.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

Text messages

Every form on this site asks for a phone number so we can call you back about your cleaning. Each form also has a separate checkbox, which is unchecked by default, asking whether we may text you as well. We only send text messages to people who check that box.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book and receive cleaning from us without ever agreeing to texts.
• Texts are delivered through a messaging carrier that handles the message on our behalf.

You can withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect your quote or your service in any way.

How long we keep things

Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox and our customer records so we can quote the job, do the work, and handle any follow up. We keep records of work we performed for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. If you want us to delete your information and you are not a current customer, email us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking:

• See what we have. Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Fix it. Tell us what is wrong and we will correct it.
• Delete it. Ask us to remove your information, unless we need it to finish a job or to meet a legal obligation.
• Stop the texts. Reply STOP, or email us.

Email contact@delamoraclean.com and tell us which one you want. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that nobody else can request your information.

To turn off ad and analytics tracking directly in your browser:

• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
• Change your Google ad personalization settings
• Opt out of interest based ads across many companies at once
• Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser. When this site sees either signal, it tells Google not to set analytics or advertising cookies and not to use your visit to personalize ads. Google may still receive basic visit information without cookies.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a cleaning service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are sent encrypted. The companies listed above hold your information under their own security practices. We want to be straight with you: we are a small cleaning business, not a security company, and no website can promise that data is perfectly safe.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This policy was last updated on October 12, 2026.
