The instant estimate tool gives you a price based on the answers you type in. It is a starting figure, not an offer and not a binding quote. The real price depends on what we find when we look at the property.

• A price becomes firm only when we give you a written quote and you accept it.

Booking, payment, and cancellation

You cannot book or pay through this website. Cleaning work is arranged directly with us by phone or email, and the terms for a specific job live in the written quote or service agreement we give you. That document governs scheduling, payment, cancellation, and refunds. If anything on this website appears to conflict with your signed quote, the signed quote wins.
